Create Your Sales Rep Profile

All sales reps on the Pangea Health platform are independent contractors. Independent contractors are categorized as self-employed workers. This gives them more freedom and flexibility over their work than full-time employees. Having our Pangea Health sales reps be independent contractors allows for several benefits: 

1. Independence: As an independent contractor, you’re your own boss. This means your employment status and income level are under your control. The income of independent contractors is often commission based and dependent on how much they work.
2. Flexibility: Independent contractors can decide when and who they work for. This allows Pangea Health reps to work as little or as often as they want. Additionally, they are able to take breaks from the platform, determine their schedule, and visit the offices of their choosing.
3. No Upper Pay Limit: At Pangea Health, there is no limit on the amount of income a rep can earn via the platform, and you are not tied down by the set schedules full-time employees often experience. This allows you to gain a higher payoff from working harder and smarter.
4. Security: You are not bound to one company or product as an independent contractor. Therefore, you can work for Pangea Health while working other jobs. This means your entire income does not rely on the availability of only one job, providing you with more options and security in the long run.
5. Experience: Working as an independent contractor gives you the ability to work for different companies across various industries, expanding your experience and introducing you to new networks. As a contractor, Pangea Health is able to provide you with several different partners at a time across different segments of the healthcare industry. This provides valuable sales experience across a realm of products and fields.

Once we've received the above information and you've passed your background check we'll create a profile for you on our sales rep marketplace. Partners looking for reps to promote in provider offices will choose reps to contact from the marketplace, and we will put you in touch directly with the Partner.

If all goes well they will offer you a sales opportunity, Pangea Health will facilitate the contract and all activity will be monitored through the Pangea Health app. 

The terms of your payment will be outlined in your partner contract. Commission earned will be available in-app via the PangeaPay page on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, contract depending. Set up your Stripe account in order to cash-out your PangeaPay directly to your preferred bank account.
