How our referral program works, who to refer, where to find your code, and how much you can earn by making a referral.
Pangea Health strongly encourages and appreciates referrals from current users of our platform who know someone that might be a good fit for an independent medical sales opportunity. We believe that current reps who are satisfied with their experience are in the best position to identify and refer other quality candidates who possess the skills and traits we look for in the sales people we send into provider offices everyday.We are always eager to meet new individuals that have some prior experience in the healthcare industry, are familiar with medical products and services, have previously held a sales role, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, we value candidates who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. So much of what makes an effective medical sales representative is their ability to build relationships, a difficult skill to train for and an even harder one to teach. There is no one skill set or background that represents our most accomplished users, which is why there are no firm experience requirements to appl y to the Pangea Health platform.
Our referral program encourages existing reps to refer their coworkers, friends, or family members to Pangea Health by sending them their in-app referral code to be used when they create an account on the platform. Both the referrer and the referee will earn a $50 bonus after a referred sales rep completes their first visit with a brand. This system creates a win-win situation for everyone involved!
In order to qualify for the referral bonus, you must provide the person that you are referring with your unique in-app referral code. They will be asked to enter this referral code when they create an account on the Pangea Health app. To find your unique referral code, login to the Pangea Health app and click on “Account” in the right corner. There will be an option that says “Refer a friend” and you can select that to reveal your unique code. You will be able to directly share your code from the app or you can copy the code and paste it into an email or message. Both you and your referral have to complete a first visit in order to qualify for the referral bonus.
