What does the recruitment and placement process look like for reps?

A detailed explanation of what the journey of a Pangea Health rep looks like from first applying to completing your first office visit

Recruitment:

  1. If you’re interested in joining our platform, the first step is to fill out a sales rep profile. The sales rep profile asks several quick questions about your experience, availability, and territory.
  2. After reviewing your profile, if we believe you are a good fit, then we will reach out to schedule an interview
  3. The interview will be about 15 minutes and we will ask a few follow up questions about your experience and interest in Pangea Health. We will review the platform and the process of becoming a sales rep. The interview allows our team to get to know you and also allows the reps to ask any questions they may have about the platform.
  4. If you are interested in the platform after the interview and we still think you would be a good fit, we will send you instructions on how to download the app, create an account, and pass a background check.
  5. Once you have passed your background check, we will build your profile so that it is visible to partners looking for sales reps on our platform.

Placement:

  1. If a partner is interested in your profile, a member from the Pangea Health team will reach out letting you know a partner is interested in your profile. We will provide you with the terms of that partner’s contract and ask you a few pre-screening questions.
  2. If you are interested in the opportunity and the partner is happy with the answers to your pre-screening questions, you will be provided with a scheduling link where you can schedule an interview with the partner.
  3. If you have any questions or thoughts regarding the product or compensation, you must communicate them during the interview with the partner. Partners usually have a timeline they are trying to follow so it is best to address any questions or concerns about the partnership during the call. This way, the rep and partner can quickly come to an agreement over terms while still on the call or soon after the call has finished.
  4. If both the rep and the partner would still like to move forward after the initial interview, the partner will send a verbal offer to the sales rep, to which the sales rep will then accept or decline.
  5. If the rep accepts, a contract will be sent outlining the terms of the partnership for the rep to sign. It is not ideal to express concerns later in the process since it will require scheduling additional meeting times with the partner. If you have hesitations that you did not discuss in the initial meeting, you risk the partner rescinding the offer and going with another rep for the sake of time constraints.
  6. Once the employment contract has been signed, you will work with the partner to schedule training for the product. In addition, the Pangea Health team will also reach out to schedule an additional quick training to go over app functionality.
  7. Once you’ve been trained, you will see the partner’s brand in the app on your partner’s page, as well as the offices you are eligible to visit. Marketing materials will also be sent to you during this time.
  8. As soon as the campaign is live (on the date decided by the partner), you will be able to go out and start making visits!
